when i find stretch marks on my thighs i make a point of smooching them because they’re just doing their best at keeping the all-powerful immortal Being within me from ripping my mortal shell asunder in a blaze of heavenly glory and eviscerating the cosmos in my divine wrath

If my manga sites close down does that mean I need to get a life?

I love manga! Love it! I read so much more manga than anime can compare. I think manga is the real problem with the whole piracy. Because there are many anime watching legal alternatives. Sure they don’t have everything but they have a lot.

But manga is not the case. Most of the manga I read will never see the legal air (so to speak). There is not enough market for it I guess, even though I know many who enjoy them. Even when a manga I like is taken up by a publisher so many times they get cancelled and then what?

I have piles of unfinished manga volumes on my shelf, most of which I can’t even get illegal copies of. I just have them not really knowing what is going to happen to them. They are like in limbo, someone ripped the back half of my book off and I could only read the first.

It sucks! Because some of them are so good, I can get summaries and stuff but that is all. I think about how many illegal manga are around compared to the legal ones I can buy. It’s nothing. Like a drop of water in a lake.

I remember when people would say “What is that?” when I told them I liked anime/manga. It seems like it has been forgotten that the only reason so many people know about manga/anime, buy manga/anime is because of fansub and translations. I know many people will not buy the real copy when it comes out, but many do. Getting them online is like a preview.

Can you really sit around calling it a lose, and crying over how much money you could have. When the sad truth is you are wrong. Because even people who would give you money for your product have no way of getting it?

ANIME/MANGA PURGE

I got this from a friend who was reading majority of the Elsword forums.

BEWARE ANIME AND MANGA FANS. JAPAN IS PLANNING TO SHUT DOWN MAJOR ANIME/MANGA WEBSITES THAT YOU EITHER WATCH OR DOWNLOAD~!

Japanese Government Enforcing Anti-Piracy Law on Anime and Manga

I’m so glad anime is now fucking illegal

So I will be a criminal? I don’t really mind getting legal anime and manga. But most of the manga I read would have never been picked up by an English publisher and I can’t read Japanese.

It would be nice to not pay more for shipping than for my actual purchase.

OKAY CAN WE TALK ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR MOMENT BECAUSE I JUST HAVE A LOT OF REI FEELINGS RIGHT NOW.

He’s trying so hard to convince Nagisa that he’s there to help him when he needs help. He will help Nagisa improve his grades no matter what it takes, but when Nagisa rejects him the first time he tries and pushes on, suggesting that they figure it out collectively, but you can just see how his face falters.

Then when Nagisa yells at Rei, like full-on YELLS at Rei, the way he says Nagisa’s name sounds so broken because he’s probably never seen this side of Nagisa before, and not knowing what he can do to help Nagisa is probably breaking him inside and Rei probably feels so helpless and I JUST CAN’T GET OVER THE FACT THAT REI WAS SO EMOTIONAL AND SO PASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING NAGISA IN THIS EPISODE GDI REI BBY IS SO IN LOVE afs;dlfja;lskdfj
